Keto Diet

The strictures of a ketogenic diet

May keep refractory epileptic seizures quiet

By sheathing the brain in a steady tide

of medium-chain triglycerides

Your pee will be full of abundant metabolites

Like space dotted with Starlink's redundant satellites

Despite faults, the theory's not too hard to swallow

(And neither is that much schmaltz, lard, and tallow)
