Holiday 30

Walpurgisnacht

In symphony's coda, Gran went something daft.
After the sun set, she started dissembling:
"If what witches do we agree is a craft,
then undoing it's barbarous disassembling."

Better now to embroider excuses than ponder
all the curious life she raised in the garden.
Better there's forests for fancy to wander
than lock up doors as arteries harden.
