16/30
Adagio; Variation
Jim floats his arm
Jim floats his arm
out the window of the Town
and Country. Grabbed
by slipstream his arm
lifts from the wood
paneled body. He wrings
so much joy
from this aerofoil
pas-de-deux: Look
at what the Lord has done
for me, a high-five
from the whole world.
Silly. The only truth
in coincidence
is all sad songs
were written about me.
